"Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it".

Sometimes, I find myself trying to prove that I can do something great and inspire others too.
I'd like to get rid of 'can't do' in my own dictionary.
Other times, I see that there is no need to prove anything to anyone, including yourself. All you need is to sit back, collecting beautiful moments and life experiences.

How do I deal with it to find a balance point? To be honest, I don't really know but I think MINDSET can be one of the answers! What others think of you can be a moving force to be a better you, it drives you to use negative energy as motivation. When you are happy with who you are, there is no need to change, just let go of what others think of you and enjoy your moments in life being carefree.

YOU are the one who decides of what you think, what you feel, who you want to be and what are you going to be.
In the end, you will be having less heartaches and disappointments the minute you stop looking validation from others.
People who truly loves you will be happy and always be supportive throughout the journey of your life. They should be proud of you for your own existence itself.

I really fond of the sayings, that life isn't a race, you will get there a little at a time, not all at once.
Nothing major but a little bit of struggling puts me through down hearted. They say overthinking kills, but a little doesn't hurt. It gives you the space and time to reflect and mull over your thoughts again. I hope in a good way.

The bottom line is to always believe in yourself, you're good enough to do anything as such to fail, to not settle, to be happy, to wear what you want, to eat what you like, to feel alive, to know that you are good enough being just YOU!

There is no greater asset than yourself, your own mind!
